The newly appointed
Licensed Breeders Advisory Committee will have their
first meeting
on
Tuesday, November 15th in
Austin.
According to the posted
agenda,
there will be a designated time for public comment.
The committee members will have a general discussion
regarding HB 1451 and the timeline for implementing this
new program. The rest of the meeting will be spent
educating committee members about relevant laws
and the internal working of the Texas Department of
Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
